I found this site yesterday, courtesy of TechCrunch.
12 seconds is a site that allows you to record short status updates in, you guessed it, 12 seconds. Your status post can then be appended to a Tweet and sent out to your twitzens. I’ve posted my first 12 second status and I plan to continue to use this service.
